Hanish Water Commercial / Industrial Physical Water Process Systems out perform UF and MF platforms without the use of moving parts, electricity, or a waste stream.  Our most basic of systems treats water for bacteria, virus, cysts, DNA, pharmaceuticals, turbidity down to 0.01 NTU, metals, and hardness.  Our surface area to gpm ratio is ten times that of MF and UF, and in many cases an eighth to half the footprint. 

Efficiency Begins With Clean Water

From food processing to power generation, the quantity and quality of water is becoming increasingly scarce.  Because of this, conserving water in any commercial / industrial application is paramount.  Alternative processes that produce ultra pure water are in high demand due to new commercial / industrial processing technologies.  Extending the life of, or replacing existing fragile filtration systems such as RO (conventional technologies), is becoming an ever increasing issue.  Conventional technologies are wasteful and do not allow for expansion without the addition of an expensive and large footprint.  RO is temperamental, and UF is wasteful.  Water chemistries may vary, causing conventional technologies time to adjust to new conditions.  This process is a drain on efficiency.

At The Heart Of The System:

No filtration technology today can match the BioGuard for efficient contaminant reduction/removal and ease of operation.  Our unique filtration  is far superior to conventional water treatment technologies. The BioGuard provides superior pre-treatment filtration for RO systems.  Our unique thermally-bonded media packaged in easy change cartridges allows micro filtration without the need for a permeate backwash.   

Small Footprint

The Hanish Water systems are generally an eighth to half the size of conventional UF, RO, Carbon, or Softening systems, but generate up to ten times the flow rate with a fraction of the normal pressure drop associated with those conventional systems. 

The wetted components in all of our systems have passed NSF/ANSI Standard 53.

The media used in all of our systems have been tested and certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 53.

The media in the BioGuard has been tested to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for Drinking Water Treatment Units, and NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for Drinkling Water Components.

The wetted components in all of our systems have passed NSF/ANSI Standard 53.
